Now more than ever, we know how important it is to ensure we’re looking after ourselves and putting our wellbeing first. We’ve pulled together some of our most nourishing Breakfast Juices, that pack a punch both in terms of flavour, and in nutrients that’ll help boost those immune systems. Start your day off with a glass of goodness, the Gili way.
Beet Basic | Beetroot, carrot, apple, orange, celery, ginger
Nutrients: Beta Carotene, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium and Sulphur
Bright Orange | Orange, carrot
Beta Carotene, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium and Sulphur
Morning Berry | Apple, orange, teaspoon of spirulina
Nutrients: Beta Carotene, Folic Acid, Vitamins B1, B3, B5, B6 and C, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium, Sulphur, Protein and Essential Fatty Acids
Gili’s top tip: decant any leftover juice mix into popsicle moulds and freeze for a healthy treat on a warm day. A sure win for all the family.

Dhoni | Inspired by days on the beach, the combination of pineapple and coconut rum in this cocktail tastes like summer in a glass.
60 ml Malibu Rum
04 pcs Fresh Pineapple Chunks
01 nos Passion Fruit
07 pcs Lime Wedges
30 ml Passion Fruit Cordial
100ml Soda Water
- Muddle the lime wedges and pineapple chunks together in a mason jar
- Add ice, Malibu rum, passionfruit cordial and passionfruit into the jar
- Top up with soda water
The Ultimate Stanley | This cocktail is named after one of our much-loved bartenders, Vijesh – who we also know as Stanley. Stanley is passionate about showcasing the best of local produce and traditional Maldivian flavours in his cocktails, utilising natural sweetness from fruit rather than adding any refined sugar. This is one of his favourites, with the flavours of gin and aperol complemented by grapefruit and passionfruit.
45 ml Tanqueray Gin
30 ml Aperol
60 ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
01 nos Fresh Passion Fruit
10 ml Lime Juice
15 ml Passion Fruit Cordial
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice
- Give it a good shake
- Pour into a rock class and garnish with a slice of dried grapefruit or ½ a fresh passion fruit
