Notes: Unfortunately due to this year’s El nino event many of our coral lines have been affected by coral bleaching and many corals were unfortunately killed. For this line, the effects of the warm water were severe and resulted in every fragment dying. We are sorry for this! Although this is sad, the survival/mortality of each coral line provides important information for the research project and will hopefully allow us to improve reef restoration science in the future.
