Every day at sunset, our resident bartenders face off in a lively and spirited cocktail competition, where mixologists craft two drinks apiece and guests vote on their favourite boozy creation. Do reserve your spot ahead of time for an engaging evening.

Cocktail Masterclass

Our private beverage experiences will teach you how to select ingredients, pair liquors and spirits, and experiment with unique flavours to create the perfect cocktail — all in an inspiring outdoor “classroom” with sea views and swaying palms.

Wine Tastings

Learn to swish, swirl, and sip like a pro with our private wine tastings, led by our team of sommeliers. You’ll develop an appreciation for the art of tasting as you sample a range of old and new world wines produced in a variety of styles.
