- Cancellations made 30 days before arrival incur no fees; cancellations within 30 days are subject to 100% of the total booking value.
- Unexpected departures from the resort will be considered a cancellation, and 100% unused room nights will be charged
- No-show policy: In the event of a no-show, the full duration of the hotel stay will be charged

- Kindly advise your flight itinerary 72 hours prior to arrival for transfer arrangement
