- 20% pre-payment is required upon reservation; this pre-payment is non-refundable
- Kindly notify the hotel of any changes to your booking at least 30 days prior to your arrival. A surcharge may apply depending on the new dates of stay

- Unexpected departures from the resort will be considered a cancellation, and 100% unused room nights will be charged
- No-show policy: In the event of a no-show, the full duration of the hotel stay will be charged
