- All rates quoted are in US dollars per room per night
- Rates are subject to tax and service charge, as well as seasonal variations and change without prior notice
- Applicable for NEW bookings; amendment of existing booking is not allowed
- Minimum 2 night consecutive stay required
- Blackout dates: 27 December 2024 to 7 January 2025. Other blackout dates may apply.
- 20% pre-payment is required upon reservation; this pre-payment is non-refundable
- Cancellations made 30 days before arrival incur no fees; cancellations within 30 days are subject to 100% of the total booking value. For stays from 20 Dec 2024 to 7 Jan 2025, cancellations made 60 days before arrival incur no fees; cancellations within 60 days are subject to 100% of the total booking value.
- Rates apply to all villas except The Private Reserve
- This package is not to be used in conjunction with any other special offers or promotions
- Unexpected departures from the resort will be considered a cancellation, and 100% unused room nights will be charged
- No-show policy: In the event of a no-show, the full duration of the hotel stay will be charged
- Please present passport at booking stage
- Kindly advise your flight itinerary 72 hours prior to arrival for transfer arrangement
- To Earn 1,000 AirAsia points, please provide your AirAsia membership number when booking. The membership number will be verified via the AirAsia app or AirAsia card upon check-in. Points will not be issued without this verification.
