Update 2017: We are delighted to report this line is growing well. At the 1 year mark, you can see the coral starting to lose its colour a little. This was caused by the 2016 El nino event which caused mass coral bleaching and subsequent mortality on reefs around the world. To read more about the event check out our page. Happily, these corals regained their colour and recovered completely. This makes this line so important for reseeding our damaged reef. The line only lost 2 colonies in the bleaching. The line will be transplanted very soon to the reef!
