By The Sea Chef’s Special – Mackerel

At By The Sea, we celebrate locally sourced and freshly caught Mushimas (Mackerel) through refined Japanese fusion.

Savour its rich flavours with Saba Shioyaki, a classic grilled delicacy, or Aji Furai, golden breadcrumb-fried perfection served with garlic fried rice and jalapeño sauce.


Cocktail of the Month – The Secret of Cair Paravel

A Narnia-inspired cocktail journey unfolds with this elegant creation, drawing its name from Cair Paravel, the majestic seaside castle and royal heart of the enchanted kingdom.

Crafted with Rum, Pear Liqueur, Midori, Pineapple, Lemon, Coconut Water, and a hint of Mint, each sip captures a bright, tropical harmony – refreshing, delicate, and reminiscent of ocean breezes by the sea.
