Cocktail of the Month – Curios Concoction

Available throughout April


Inspired by the spirit of discovery, Curios Concoction invites you to wander beyond the expected – much like a hidden path through Gili, where every turn reveals something new. A curious journey in a glass, it blends Gin, Triple Sec, Lychee, fresh Citrus, and a hint of Syrup, all brightened with a Blue Pea Flower infusion and finished with a touch of Crimson Sugar for an extra sweet flourish.


Ice Cream of the Month – Mango Coriander

Available throughout April


A playful harmony of flavours, Mango Coriander brings together the golden sweetness of ripe mango and delicate lift of coriander, fresh from our Organic Garden. Churned into a smooth, velvety ice cream, each spoonful envelopes a refreshing balance of brightness and depth – light, aromatic, and quietly indulgent like sunlit moments at Gili.
